Chattanooga, TN – Pulse:

If you could take any type of vehicle on a joyride, what would you choose? Police in Harris County, Texas, say the owner of a forklift was found Sunday after a man was arrested and charged with stealing the machine and taking it on a joyride over the weekend. Police say they got a call about a man driving a tractor on Hardy Road and attempting to enter the main lanes of the tollway. When officers arrived, they found it was actually a forklift, and the driver refused to stop, reaching speeds of about 18 miles per hour. After about a 20-minute slow-speed chase, the forklift came to stop and police took the driver into custody without incident—38-year-old Justin Brown was charged with evading. There were no injuries reported in the chase.
