Yungblud dropped a new single on Wednesday (6-7). His press release referred to “Lowlife” as his “most honest creation to date” as the song marks a return to his alternative roots.

He stated, “I wrote ‘Lowlife’ because I just didn’t want to leave my house. I was sick of people, of games, of myself, my friends. Anytime I did anything, some idiot had an opinion about it.”

Yungblud just completed a run of sold out arenas in the UK and Europe and is now touring the U.S. through August.
