Chattanooga, TN – The Pulse:

Stone Temple Pilots, Halestorm and Bare Naked Ladies will be headlining the Rock The Locks Festival in Umatilla, Oregon. The festival dates run October 4th-6th.

The festival accommodates campers and 3-day passes for the shows range from $200 to $500.

Other artists scheduled include Warrant, Winger, and Puddle of Mud to name a few.
